You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights to any username and that LEKEELEKEE247 LTD may take action on usernames without prior notice or compensation.

Illegal Drugs: Content promoting, selling, or facilitating the sale or use of illegal drugs or controlled substances
Weapons & Firearms: Content promoting, selling, or facilitating the sale of weapons, firearms, explosives, or ammunition
Human Trafficking: Content promoting or facilitating human trafficking, slavery, or exploitation
Self-Harm & Suicide: Content promoting, glorifying, or providing instructions for self-harm or suicide

5.2 Harmful Behavior

Harassment & Bullying: Targeting individuals with abuse, threats, intimidation, or unwanted contact
Hate Speech: Content attacking individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
Doxxing: Sharing private or personal information of others without consent
Impersonation: Falsely representing yourself as another person, brand, or organization
Fraud & Scams: Deceptive schemes, phishing, or attempts to defraud users
Misinformation: Deliberately spreading false information that could cause harm

5.3 Platform Abuse

Spam: Repetitive, unsolicited, or bulk messaging or posting
Manipulation: Artificially inflating engagement through fake accounts, bots, or coordinated activity
Malware: Distributing viruses, malware, or harmful code
Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization
Scraping: Automated collection of data without permission
Circumvention: Bypassing security measures, rate limits, or access restrictions

5.4 Intellectual Property Violations

Posting content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
Using our trademarks, logos, or branding without authorization

Enforcement: We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates this Acceptable Use Policy, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
WARRANTIES REGARDING ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION POSTED BY USERS

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

LEKEELEKEE247 LTD, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED POUNDS STERLING (£100).

11. User Content Disclaimer & Indemnification

LEKEELEKEE247 LTD IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR USER CONTENT.

We do not control, endorse, sponsor, or approve any User Content posted on the Services. All User Content is the sole responsibility of the person who originated such content. We expressly disclaim all liability in connection with User Content, including but not limited to:

Any errors, defamation, libel, slander, omissions, falsehoods, obscenity, or illegality in User Content
Any infringement of intellectual property rights arising from User Content
Any loss or damage resulting from reliance on User Content
Any harm arising from interactions between users
